Most often, people do need some assistance and focus to perform a job and many times people are not going to take the initiative to make things happen.

The charismatic leader is a style that depends on the charisma of the leader to motivate people. You will discover numerous charismatic leaders on the news considering they are very compelling. A lot of people are affected by charisma, and a leader who possesses this can frequently encourage his or her employees in a way that few other leaders can match.
