Our society is for the young. We exalt the beauty, power and passion of youth; we dread and discourage the idea of 'getting old'. We've become so distracted with youthfulness we've grown to be, quite frankly, petrified of old age.

2.Keep Moving! There is truth in the saying 'use it or lose it'! As living beings we quite often need to remind ourselves of our aliveness - to bring the capabilities of our bodies back to our attention. Move your face muscles, your toes, and your fingers. Movement in the form of dancing, stretching and exercising can help us to feel great - so when done regularly can help keep a healthy mind and heart.
3.Laugh Out Loud. Laughter - considered to be the best healer of all! Perfect for soothing both the body and the mind, laughter keeps us young at heart. So no matter what stage of life you are at, be sure to laugh at both the big and the small things.
4.LOVE. It's no big secret that love is the true elixir of youth. A life void of love is one of aged, bitter lifelessness (see - law of attraction for your career ) . When someone enjoys a life full of love however, their days are fuelled with passion, compassion and happiness. Love for a spouse, parents, children, friends, pets, your job, the world - any form of love can have a profound effect on the physical and mental wellbeing of an individual. So love a whole lot more and hate a whole lot less - the results will usurp even the strongest of anti-wrinkle creams.
Remember that you are worth much more than a number. Being young is all about cultivating a positive relationship between your mind, body and spirituality. Put the above tips into practice in your own life and stay feeling as young as when you were twenty-one. However, don't forget to embrace all that your past years have had to teach you - you are your very best self to date, never forget that.
